Rebecca was up early for a LIVE TV interview on CBS. The Early Show interviewed Black about her fast rise to stardom and how she deals with the ‘haters.’
Rebecca is taking the world by storm with her new song “My Moment” which has already blazed past 2 MILLION views in less than 24 hours, making it the most watched video of the day on YouTube.

Perez Hilton gushed about Rebecca and her new music she has been working on. The celebrity gossiper is actually a big fan of the ‘Friday’ singer and has been nothing but supportive.

Not only that, but she’s wrapping up a 5 song EP that’ll be due out sometime in August! “My Moment” will debut on Black’s Youtube channel starting at 8:00 p.m. on July 18 as well as the singer’s official website, RebeccaBlackOnline.com. The following day, the song will be available for purchase on iTunes.
Written by Brandon “Blue” Hamilton, whose credits included a track on Justin Bieber’s Never Say Never: The Remixes, and Quinton Tolbert and produced by Charlton Pettus (Tears for Fears, Hilary Duff), its accompanying video features footage of Black receiving an award at her junior high school and attending red carpet premieres to “tell the story of her sudden rise to fame,” according to a statement. “It’s a fairytale story, but it happened in real life.”

The 14-year-old singer will release a new video and single, My Moment, on July 18 on her YouTube channel and on her website. It will be available on iTunes on July 19.
The My Moment video features footage from Black’s real life including her a school event at her junio high school, her attendance at movie premieres and her recent hosting gig at MTV’s Online Music Awards, to tell the story of her sudden rise to fame.
